Don’t even me as to how Anna blushes everytime. I mean who wouldn’t fall in love with a cottagecore girl in a billowy dress who likes picnics, picking mushrooms, sneaking up to parties, rowing, and dancing and goes insane when they gone missing? We’ve almost had that beautiful gay romance for real. Nonetheless, I’m convinced that Anna is a lesbian. It’s owned by the gays and it’s up to the gays as to how they’d deem the plot. I don’t care how the ending went, for me this is Ghibli Studio’s one of the best movies and it’s a Queer Classic. I am hoping that I am not the only one and I’m hoping that my fellow Ghibli stans and wlw community would see this because I couldn’t be the only one who felt the ultimate sapphic experience upon watching this? My mind was literally so blown as to how Ghibli almost brought the movie to THAT level.
